Employment relationship problem 

A personal grievance is a grievance an employee may have against his or her employer.

An employment relationship problem includes  personal grievance, a dispute, and any other problem relating to or arising from an employment relationship.

Employment relationship problems may include those encountered between parties (employers, unions and employees) in collective or individual bargaining.
