Application forms are available from all Māori Land Court district offices or you can download a range of the most common application forms from this page.

    Please note the following steps when making an application

    • Print the relevant form;
    • Complete the form, in full;
    • Attach any relevant supporting documents;
    • Attach the required fee; and
    • Lodge it with your nearest Māori Land Court office, either in person or by post.
