Search by Key Titles
The key titles option arranges cases under a list of important youth justice phrases or areas. Below this introduction, you will see the alphabet and, below that, the list of key titles. You can either access the case you require via the alphabet or by scrolling down the list of key titles.
If you know the key title you are looking for - for example "bail" - click on "B" in the alphabet and this will take you directly to the options beginning with B including "bail". Click on "Bail" and a list of relevant case names will appear. In each key title, the cases are arranged into four groups with (1) being the most useful category and (4) the least. The cases in the first category have the most useful discussion of principle while in (4) the cases are usually old cases or particularly fact specific. If you are unsure which key title you require, scroll down the list of ke ytitles and click on the relevant one when you locate it. This will access a list of relevant case names.
