Prioritise activities so that you have some ‘quick wins’ |

Establish project teams to work on specific issues |

Develop project plans with shared goals. Make them measurable |

Manage meetings well

Have a clear purpose matched by appropriate frequency and length |

Alternate the chairperson role or establish a deputy chair |

Ensure agendas are of interest to all partners. Circulate them well in
advance. Keep supporting papers to one A4 paper each where possible |
