How to obtain content that is only in Adobe PDF, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in this site

The Ministry of Justice has made significant progress towards ensuring that information (files) available from this web site are all available in the Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML).

However, some files are not for the following reasons:

Information in PDF format that has been provided by a third party - mainly Judicial decisions or judgments.
Where the format of Court forms is determined by Regulation and/ or Court practice, and can not be changed. (PDF format)
Where the format of Court forms is determined by Regulation and/ or Court practice and conversion to the HTML format would result in files that are not acceptable for Court use. (Microsoft Word documents)
The PDF files are only relevant for a short period of time, i.e. newsletters.
The PDF files contain information in other languages that would not easily convert into the HTML format.
One Microsoft PowerPoint file provided by a third party - a Judicial speech.
Excel spreadsheets for two public registers - the Ministry of Justice is investigating how both can be provided in the HTML format.

Below is a list of pages in this site that contain links to files that are only available in formats other than HTML. Against each item is a suggested alternative option for users to consider should they wish to read or download these files.
