Electoral Finance Reform
The Electoral (Finance Reform and Advance Voting) Amendment Act 2010 came into force on 1 January 2011. The Act makes changes to the electoral campaigning and funding rules in the Electoral Act 1993.
The changes will ensure greater certainty and transparency in the conduct of the electoral process.
