Application/filing fees for civil debt enforcement
There are filing fees for all Court enforcement applications. Generally these fees have to be paid by you at the time of filing an application. You can add the cost of these fees to the amount owed by the debtor so they can be recovered when the debt is paid.
For Disputes Tribunal orders the fees can be added to the debt and can be collected later without having to pay them up front. Fee amounts are set out in the current fee schedule below:
