Amendment to the In-Court Media Coverage Guidelines (2003)

This amendment applies to the In-Court Media Coverage Guidelines (2003) section 5(2).

This amendment also applies to the Media Guide for Reporting the Courts, section 4.5 'Filming, photographing and recording in court - making an application', page 18.

This amendment applies to proceedings within District Court summary jurisdiction only.
