Our broad range of responsibilities includes regulation of real estate agents, private investigators and security guards. We have a major role to play in support and advice relating to private law including:
- censorship legislation
- property law
- contract law
- wills and succession
- trust law.
We also work with addressing questions of private international law – the domestic legal rules in each country that arise when a transaction, dispute or a relationship has a connection with two or more countries.
