Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009: Commencement Order and Regulations
On 23 June 2011 Cabinet Legislation Committee authorised the submission of a suite of regulations and a commencement order for the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009.
