PART II: MULTILATERAL AGREEMENTS DEPOSITED WITH THE UNITED NATIONS TO WHICH NEW ZEALAND IS A PARTY

Section 1 of Part II: Users' Guide

This part of the database lists and provides information on multilateral agreements deposited with the United Nations to which New Zealand is a party. It consists of two additional sections:

Section 2 A list of multilateral agreements to which New Zealand is party and deposited with the United Nations. This list provides the following information for each agreement:

Depository chapter number and title;

Agreement number, name, place and date;

An indication of when New Zealand became a party, and whether it has entered any reservations; and

An indication of whether the agreement is in force.

Section 3 A list of New Zealand's reservations to the UN deposited multilateral agreements to which it is a party that provides the following information:

Depository chapter number and title;

Agreement number; and

New Zealand's reservations.
