Foreword
In accordance with section 44(1) of the Public Finance Act 1989, I submit the following report on the operations of the Ministry of Justice for the period 1 July 2006 to 30 June 2007. This includes audited financial statements and covers the Ministry’s administration of the Acts outlined in Part 3 of this report.
