Do I need to attend jury service today? (for current jurors)
Kia ora koutou katoa,
All jurors summoned for the week commencing Monday the 27th of April 2015 at the Wellington District Court are required to attend on the 28th of Tuesday of April 2015 at 9:15 am.
Should you not be able to attend during the period of your jury summons you will need to contact the Registry on (04) 918 8444.
Those jurors already on a jury trial are asked to follow the instructions given to you by the Judge or court staff in your Court.

The court house
Transport and parking
There is no free parking near the District Court. There is very limited street parking near the District Court which costs $4 per hour. The nearest parking building is located on Stout Street which costs $3 per hour (price at February 2009). Jurors will be reimbursed for car parking costs if you travelled to Court in your private vehicle and there is no convenient free car parking available. A parking receipt should be obtained and you will need to complete a reimbursement form which court staff can provide if required.
Closest bus stops/train information:
Bus stops are located within walking distance on Lambton Quay. The nearest bus stop is directly outside the Supreme Court which is opposite the District Court.
