relevance to a section of the Children Young Persons and Their Families Act 1989.
Particular CYPFA sections of relevance to youth justice are listed opposite. Click
on the section you require and a list of case names will appear beneath the relevant
section number. Click on the case name you require to see the case summary.
Under each section, the cases are grouped into four categories with (1) being the most
useful cases and (4) the least useful. |
