| The key titles option arranges cases under a list of important youth
justice phrases or areas. Opposite this paragraph you will see the alphabet and
below the list of key titles. You can either access the case you require via the
alphabet or by scrolling down the list of key titles. If you know the key title you are
looking for - for example "bail" - click on "B" in the alphabet and
this will take you directly to the options beginning with B including
"bail". Click on "Bail" and a list of relevant case names will
appear. In each key title, the cases are arranged into four groups with (1) being
the most useful category and (4) the least. The cases in the first category have the
most useful discussion of principle while in (4) the cases are usually old cases or
particularly fact specific. If you are unsure which key title you require, scroll
down the list of key titles and click on the relevant one when you locate it. This
will access a list of relevant case names. |
