F eligible for prison but not corrective training which would be more appropriate; victims thought prison would be useless for F. Probation Service recommended Napier Cadet Academy; F and family accepted these recommendations. Remanded for sentence to Napier High Court in one months time. If succeed at Academy no further sentence, otherwise prison a possibility. Decision: Remanded to Napier High Court in one month. Bail on conditions. |
