Application area CMT: The boundaries for Tikouma are as follows - On the south from (36°50'36.4"S, 175°26'01.7"E) west to the GPS coordinates (36°50'36.4"S, 175°20'47.5"E), north to (36°48'31.8"S, 175°20'52.9"E) extending inland to (36°47'45.9"S, 175°30'15.2"E). The boundaries for Kaiaua are as follows - On the Northwest from Orere Point (36°57'27.6"S, 175°14'57.9"E) south to Miranda (37°11'04.5"S, 175°19'06.5"E) east to the GPS coordinates (37°10'59.3"S, 175°24'42.2"E), north to the GPS coordinates (36°57'20.7"S, 175°20'56.1"E) going back to Orere Point.
PCR: Ngaati Whanaunga's traditional rohe stretches from Matakana in the North to Matakana in the south covering the eastern seaboard, and includes the Auckland isthmus as well as the islands within the Hauraki Gulf. Ngaati Whanaunga also traditionally had interests in Hauturu and Aotea.

The area commencing from the eastern most extent of Otamarakau Pa [LAT 37.832 S - LON 176.680]; extending WNW along the coastline to a point on the eastern side of the mouth of the Waihi estuary [LAT 37.787 S - LON 176.582 E]; extending from MHWS seaward to a point at approx; and extending  from MHWS in an elliptical footprint to a limit of approx. 6 nautical miles.
Area 2: Ngati Makino & Ngati Pikiao Shared CMT area
The area commencing on the eastern side of the mouth of the Waihi estuary at approx. [Lat 37.787 S - LON 176.528 E]; heading WNW following the contour of the coastline and  Okurei headland to the western most extent of Te Tumu Pa [LAT 37.704 S - 176.395 E]; and including the esturine areas of both the Waihi and the Ongatoro (Maketu) estuaries and Okurei headland.
Area 3: Ngati Makino and Ngati Pikiao shared PCR area
The area commencing on the west bank of the Te Awa o te Atua [approx LAT 37.885 S - LON 176.760 E]; extending along the coastline, WNW to the eastern most extent of Otamarakau Pa [LAT 37,832  S - LON 176.368 and following the outline of the seaward extent of Area 1 and Area 2 and extending seaward in an elliptical footprint to approx.10 nautical miles.
