  • View your criminal record

    You must apply in writing on the correct form. The Ministry of Justice is unable to provide your information over the telephone. There is no charge for a copy of your criminal record.

    To pay a fine, or check if you've got one, visit www.fines.govt.nz or call 0800 434 637.

  • Disputes Tribunal

    Contact your local District Court.

  • Attending jury service

    Contact the Court you have been summoned to attend and speak to the Jury Officer. See Jury Service for more information.

  • Applying for divorce

    Check out the Separation and Dissolution pages of the Family Court website for information on applying for a divorce.

  • Applying for a copy of dissolution of marriage

    Contact the Family Court based at the District Court where you applied for the dissolution.

    Look in your local Yellow Pages phone directory under Justices of the Peace.
