    The Immigration & Protection Tribunal hears appeals about  decisions made by Immigration New Zealand on residence class visas, deportation (including appeals on humanitarian grounds) and claims to be recognised as a refugee or protected person.

  • Immigration Advisers Complaints & Disciplinary Tribunal

    Complaints are referred by the Immigration Advisers Authority to the Immigration Advisers Complaints & Disciplinary Tribunal.
