Accident Compensation Appeals District Court Registry
If you apply to the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) for compensation and are unhappy with ACC's decision, the first step is to apply for a review of the decision.
If you are unhappy with the review decision, you can appeal this to the District Court.
If the review decision was made under the repealed Accident Compensation Act 1982, you must appeal to the Accident Compensation Appeal Authority.
