Accident Compensation Appeals District Court Registry

Introduction to the Accident Compensation Appeals District Court Registry.

If you apply to the Accident Compensation Authority (ACC) for compensation and are unhappy about ACC's decision on your claim, the first step is to ask ACC to review their decision.

If you are not satisfied with the findings of ACC's review, you can apply to the Accident Compensation Appeals District Court Registry to review the decision.

Important

Appeals against ACC decisions made under the repealed Accident Compensation Act 1982 are heard by the Accident Compensation Appeal Authority.
