    Use this form to invoice for your rostered shifts on the 2023 PDLA holiday period roster. The invoice is similar to the usual PDLA invoice form, with the addition of a timesheet that you will need to fill out to invoice for a rostered shift pattern. Include the date and time you were rostered on your invoice; Legal Aid Services will then ensure the appropriate fee will be paid.
