Land Valuation Tribunal

The Land Valuation Tribunal deals with objections relating to the valuation of a property and the taking of land under the Public Works Act.

Each region has its own tribunal and each tribunal is made up of a District Court Judge and 2 registered valuers.

Birdlings Flat Land Title Commissioner

The Birdlings Flat Land Title Commissioner's main role is to make written orders so that land at Birdlings Flat on Banks Peninsula, Canterbury can be divided into separate titles.
