...[10] On 23 December 2019, Dr Reuben Johnson, Neurosurgeon, noted that Mr Williams underwent successful surgery to decompress his cervical cord in a timely fashion and, without that surgery, it was most likely he would have been left severely disabled and possible tetraplegic.
