Proactive release – Sexual Violence Legislation Bill: approval for introduction [PDF, 1 MB] This paper sought Cabinet’s agreement to introduce the Sexual Violence Legislation Bill, which will reduce the re-traumatisation of sexual violence victims in the court process.
