Starting from 1 July 2025, the Family Dispute Resolution mediation programme will be free for anyone who requires it through Fair Way Resolution Limited. If you’re already using this service through a different provider, don’t worry – we’re working on a plan to transfer your case, and we’ll share more details soon.
