Once we receive your application, we’ll send you a letter telling you what to do next.
As the objector, within 30 working days of lodging your application with the tribunal, you’ll need to give written statements to Quotable Value (QV) outlining the evidence you’re basing your objection on.
QV will then provide you and the tribunal with their statements of evidence within 30 working days.
Once all statements of evidence have been exchanged, it’s up to you to arrange a meeting with QV to discuss a possible settlement. This meeting must occur within 10 days of the tribunal receiving QV’s statements.
If your objection is settled, it won’t go to a hearing.
If your objection still isn’t settled, you need to prepare for a hearing.
