This is when both parties present their closing statements. These statements outline the main points of their case, and are based on a written submission already provided.
A Tribunal member will issue a decision as soon as possible after the submissions hearing. Written copies of the decision, along with the basis for reaching that decision, will be given to each party.
The Tribunal’s decisions are binding and enforceable.
In all cases, except those where claims have been settled in mediation or during the Tribunal process, the Tribunal’s decision will be published on the Tribunal’s website.
