The refreshed website brings together trusted information about types of crime, victims’ rights, support services, and criminal justice processes. Improved navigation, search functionality, and expanded content make it easier for people to find what they need.
Designed in plain language, the mobile-friendly site supports assistive technologies and includes safety features such as a quick-exit banner and consistent links to support organisations.
The website was developed with government agencies, specialist organisations, and subject matter experts to better support victims, their whānau, and supporters.
The Ministry will continue working with agencies and organisations to keep information reliable, consistent, and up to date.
