If you are a registered third party you can apply for someone else’s criminal record (also known as a criminal conviction history) online.
To get a criminal record for someone else, you will need to register for the online service. To register, you must:
- Sign a contract for the Online Delivery of Criminal Conviction Histories.
- Pay a fee of $13.00 per request.
Credit card is the preferred payment method. Payment by credit card and is a ‘pay as you go system’ – you’ll pay for the number of requests you submit at the time of submission.
