Improving our service

The Ministry is continuing to align with the changes to banking and payment systems happening across Aotearoa New Zealand to ensure we provide payment methods that are accessible and available.

We're working to improve the experience for our participants and partners by:

  • improving and standardising the current payment methods available across all services
  • identifying opportunities to modernise payment options for the future.

We're continuing to work with our banking and payments processing vendors to explore future payment options. This page will continue to be updated as we introduce further changes and improvements to our service.
