If you need help to call us

If you find it hard to use the phone there is a communication service called New Zealand Relay for people who:

If you need a translator

If your first language is not English, you can ask us for a free interpreter. Call us and say the name of the language you speak. We will connect you to an interpreter for the length of the call. This service, called Connecting Now, is available to you 24 hours, 365 days a year.

If you think you have overdue fines that may stop you from travelling, you can phone us and pay by credit card.
