You will need to contact the judgment creditor for this, as payment is made directly to them and the Ministry of Justice does not have an up-to-date record of any civil debt.

You must notify us if you are entering any insolvency procedures in New Zealand. You will need to provide evidence of your insolvency. You can inform the Civil Enforcement team via email civilenforcement@justice.govt.nz with an application to vary, suspend, or cancel your attachment order.
