All appeals cost $697 (including GST) to file.
Police, Medical Officers of Health and licensing inspectors are not required to pay the fee.

Ways to pay the fee

You can pay the filing fee online using File and Pay.(external link)
Please note: At this stage, File and Pay cannot accept online filing for ARLA applications.
To file the documentation, you must post or deliver a physical copy to the Tribunals Unit office or your local court. You must include a copy of the File and Pay online receipt as proof of payment.

Appeals to be filed at the Wellington or Auckland Tribunals Unit, but there is no EFTPOS, credit card, debit card or cash accepted at the Wellington Tribunals office.
