To appeal a decision of the Immigration Advisers Authority, you must apply in writing to the tribunal within 20 working days of the Authority's ruling.
There’s no fee to make an appeal to the tribunal.
To make an appeal, fill out an appeal form that includes:
the details of your case
a copy of the decision being appealed
any other information you want the tribunal to consider.
