Annual reports

The Tribunal provides an annual report to the Minister of Consumer Affairs.

The report must –

  1. summarise the applications dealt with during the year; and
  2. detail any cases that in the adjudicator’s opinion require special mention; and
  3. make any recommendations for amendments to the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003 (if any) that the adjudicator thinks desirable based on the experience of the Disputes Tribunal.
