Licensing Authority of Secondhand Dealers & Pawnbrokers

We will soon be changing all our application forms for licences and certificates. The new application will no longer include the statutory declaration. Instead you will need to provide a copy of your photo ID such as driver's licence, passport or Kiwi Access Card. You will also be able to submit your applications online and pay by credit card or debit card.
