If you‘re a victim of an offender named in a notice of payment into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account, you may be entitled to make a claim against the money awarded to the offender.

Notice of payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account
This is the current list of offenders that have been awarded compensation - surnames A-E:
Lawrence Buck
A compensation payment has been made to Lawrence BUCK in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).
The Act requires that after the Secretary of Justice makes certain deductions from the compensation payment, the surplus remaining goes into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to enable victims of Lawrence BUCK to make claims against it.
Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to Lawrence BUCK.
On 24 March 2026 $8,991.13 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Lawrence BUCK.
The money paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account is held in trust for Lawrence BUCK until it has been paid out in accordance with subpart 2 of Part 2 of the Act.
Any person who has been a victim of Lawrence BUCK, in respect of an offence for which Lawrence BUCK was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Lawrence BUCK.
Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the Trust Account.

David Allan Clark
A compensation payment has been made to David Allan Clark in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).
