This is the current list of offenders that have been awarded compensation - surnames F-J:

Jacob Graham 

A compensation payment has been made to Jacob Graham; Andrew Rex Graham; Jacob Karani Graham; John Tarakana Grey; Jake Graham; Jacob Tarani Graham in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).


The Act requires that after the Secretary of Justice makes certain deductions from the compensation payment, the surplus remaining goes into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to enable victims of Jacob Graham; Andrew Rex Graham; Jacob Karani Graham; John Tarakana Grey; Jake Graham; Jacob Tarani Graham to make claims against it.


Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to Jacob Graham; Andrew Rex Graham; Jacob Karani Graham; John Tarakana Grey; Jake Graham; Jacob Tarani Graham
On 29 November 2023 $14,000 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Jacob Graham; Andrew Rex Graham; Jacob Karani Graham; John Tarakana Grey; Jake Graham; Jacob Tarani Graham.


The money paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account is held in trust for Jacob Graham; Andrew Rex Graham; Jacob Karani Graham; John Tarakana Grey; Jake Graham; Jacob Tarani Graham until it has been paid out in accordance with subpart 2 of Part 2 of the Act.


Any person who has been a victim of Jacob Graham; Andrew Rex Graham; Jacob Karani Graham; John Tarakana Grey; Jake Graham; Jacob Tarani Graham in respect of an offence for which Jacob Graham; Andrew Rex Graham; Jacob Karani Graham; John Tarakana Grey; Jake Graham; Jacob Tarani Graham was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Jacob Graham; Andrew Rex Graham; Jacob Karani Graham; John Tarakana Grey; Jake Graham; Jacob Tarani Graham


Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the Trust Account.

Samuel Curtis Harkin

A compensation payment has been made to Samuel Curtis Harkin in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).

On 13 December 2023, $20,000.00 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Samuel Curtis Harkin

The money paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account is held in trust for Samuel Curtis Harkin until it has been paid out in accordance with subpart 2 of Part 2 of the Act.

Any person who has been a victim of Samuel Curtis Harkin, in respect of an offence for which Samuel Curtis Harkin was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Samuel Curtis Harkin.
