This is the current list of offenders that have been awarded compensation - surnames P-T:
Tamsin Jayne TRAINOR
A compensation payment has been made to Tamsin Jayne TRAINOR in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).
The Act requires that after the Secretary of Justice makes certain deductions from the compensation payment, the surplus remaining goes into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to enable victims of Tamsin Jayne TRAINOR to make claims against it.
Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to Tamsin Jayne TRAINOR.
On 30 July 2026 $20,000.00 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Tamsin Jayne TRAINOR.
The money paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account is held in trust for Tamsin Jayne TRAINOR until it has been paid out in accordance with subpart 2 of Part 2 of the Act.
Any person who has been a victim of Tamsin Jayne TRAINOR, in respect of an offence for which Tamsin Jayne TRAINOR was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Tamsin Jayne TRAINOR.
Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the Trust Account.
