Terms and Conditions applicable to the Provision of Forensic Writing Services (Website Terms)
The Panel of Forensic Report Writers has been established to ensure there is a good supply of appropriately qualified psychologists and psychiatrists to provide forensic reports. Once someone is approved to be a panel supplier, all services must be carried out in accordance with the Website Terms.
The Website Terms outline the respective roles, responsibilities, processes, obligations and rights of approved panel suppliers, the courts, and the two Participating Agencies (the Ministry of Justice and the Department of Corrections).
You can read and download a full copy of the Website Terms [PDF, 942 KB].
If you have any questions about the Website Terms, please contact the Ministry at courtreports@justice.govt.nz
If there is any difference or conflict between the following information and the Website Terms, the Website Terms prevail.
Information regarding updates or amendments to these Website Terms will be communicated to all panel suppliers as necessary.
