PSPLA Product Changes
Starting Wednesday 13th April, the paper PSPLA certificates and licences will be replaced with digital PDF documents. These will be attached to an email and sent directly to the email address provided in the application form.
Badges will remain physical cards. They will continue to be mailed directly to postal address provided in the application. They will arrive in a smaller envelope attached to a letter.
PSPLA Online Website Outage
On Tuesday 12th April, the online PSPLA application will not be available for use between 9pm and 11pm. This is due to scheduled updates to the online application form. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Note: You can’t apply online for temporary certificates or under the trans-Tasman mutual recognition scheme. You have to apply by mail.
You can only pay with Mastercard or Visa credit or debit cards.
Important tip: Remember what your fee should be when you apply. If you’re charged a different fee, you’ve made a mistake and you should contact us.
