Apply for a licence or certificate by email or mail
When you apply by email or mail, you can attach the receipt from File and Pay.
Important notice: Due to the Security risks and lack of tracking we ask that you don't send cash to us by the post. We recommend you contact us to see what options are available to pay the application fee.
If you have completed a paper application, then you can pay the filing fee online using File and Pay.
To file the documentation, you must post or deliver a physical copy to the Tribunal or your local court. You must include a copy of the File and Pay online receipt as proof of payment.
Please note: At this stage, File and Pay cannot be used to file documentation online for PSPLA tribunal applications.
Note: For File and Pay please provide for Case title: Full Name and Date of Birth, and for Case number: PSPLA application/Permit number.

Please contact the tribunal or your nearest court to confirm whether you can file your application and make the fee payment at the counter by EFTPOS, credit card, debit card or cash.

Request a substitute licence or certificate of approval
The fee for filing an annual return is determined by the number of certificate of approval holders you employ, or currently contract. The fee is $40.00 per employee (if any) up to a maximum fee of $800.00. If you do not employ any certificate of approval holders, there is no fee for your annual return.
When to use this form
Use this form to submit your Annual Return to the Licensing Authority if you hold a current company licence or Individual license.
