Notice of Payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account

A compensation payment has been made to Stephen Thomas HUDSON AKA Stephen George RUSSELL; Stepehn (sic) Thomas EDWARDS in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).

The Act requires that after the Secretary of Justice makes certain deductions from the compensation payment, the surplus remaining goes into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to enable victims of Stephen Thomas HUDSON AKA Stephen George RUSSELL; Stepehn (sic) Thomas EDWARDS to make claims against it.

Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to Stephen Thomas HUDSON AKA Stephen George RUSSELL; Stepehn (sic) Thomas EDWARDS

On 20 August 2025 $3,000.00 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Stephen Thomas HUDSON AKA Stephen George RUSSELL; Stepehn (sic) Thomas EDWARDS.

The money paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account is held in trust for Stephen Thomas HUDSON AKA Stephen George RUSSELL; Stepehn (sic) Thomas EDWARDS until it has been paid out in accordance with subpart 2 of Part 2 of the Act.

Any person who has been a victim of Stephen Thomas HUDSON AKA Stephen George RUSSELL; Stepehn (sic) Thomas EDWARDS, in respect of an offence for which Stephen Thomas HUDSON AKA Stephen George RUSSELL; Stepehn (sic) Thomas EDWARDS was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Stephen Thomas HUDSON AKA Stephen George RUSSELL; Stepehn (sic) Thomas EDWARDS.

Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the Trust Account.

A compensation payment has been made to Tyrone JAGERS in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).

The Act requires that after the Secretary of Justice makes certain deductions from the compensation payment, the surplus remaining goes into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to enable victims of Tyrone JAGERS to make claims against it.

Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to Tyrone JAGERS

On 30 September 2025 $20,000.00 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Tyrone JAGERS

The money paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account is held in trust for Tyrone JAGERS until it has been paid out in accordance with subpart 2 of Part 2 of the Act.

Any person who has been a victim of Tyrone JAGERS, in respect of an offence for which Tyrone JAGERS convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Tyrone JAGERS

Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the Trust Account.

Notice of Payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account

A compensation payment has been made to Nigel Shane Johnstone in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).

The Act requires that after the Secretary of Justice makes certain deductions from the compensation payment, the surplus remaining goes into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to enable victims of Nigel Shane Johnstone to make claims against it.

Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to Nigel Shane Johnstone

On 16 May 2025 $22,351.82 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Nigel Shane Johnstone.

The money paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account is held in trust for Nigel Shane Johnstone until it has been paid out in accordance with subpart 2 of Part 2 of the Act.

Any person who has been a victim of Nigel Shane Johnstone, in respect of an offence for which Nigel Shane Johnstone was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Nigel Shane Johnstone.
