This is the current list of offenders that have been awarded compensation - surnames P-T:

A compensation payment has been made to Yonta Lyon Albert Nikorahi RUSSELL-MCCLUTCHIE AKA Yontae McCLUTCHIE in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).

The Act requires that after the Secretary of Justice makes certain deductions from the compensation payment, the surplus remaining goes into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to enable victims of Yonta Lyon Albert Nikorahi RUSSELL-MCCLUTCHIE AKA Yontae McCLUTCHIE to make claims against it.

Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to Yonta Lyon Albert Nikorahi RUSSELL-MCCLUTCHIE AKA Yontae McCLUTCHIE.

On 26 January 2026 $4,500.00 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Yonta Lyon Albert Nikorahi RUSSELL-MCCLUTCHIE AKA Yontae McCLUTCHIE.

The money paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account is held in trust for Yonta Lyon Albert Nikorahi RUSSELL-MCCLUTCHIE AKA Yontae McCLUTCHIE until it has been paid out in accordance with subpart 2 of Part 2 of the Act.

Any person who has been a victim of Yonta Lyon Albert Nikorahi RUSSELL-MCCLUTCHIE AKA Yontae McCLUTCHIE, in respect of an offence for which Yonta Lyon Albert Nikorahi RUSSELL-MCCLUTCHIE AKA Yontae McCLUTCHIE was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Yonta Lyon Albert Nikorahi RUSSELL-MCCLUTCHIE AKA Yontae McCLUTCHIE.

Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the Trust Account.

A compensation payment has been made to RACHEL LOUISE SUTER in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).

The Act requires that after the Secretary of Justice makes certain deductions from the compensation payment, the surplus remaining goes into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to enable victims of RACHEL LOUISE SUTER to make claims against it.

Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to RACHEL LOUISE SUTER.

On 9 January 2026 $12,000.00 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of RACHEL LOUISE SUTER
