This is a message from the Jury Officer of the Rotorua Court.
All jurors who are currently not sitting on a trial:
Please note that there are no further jury trials this week and your attendance from jury service is therefore excused for the rest of the week. On behalf of the Ministry of Justice, I take this opportunity to thank you for your jury service.
Jurors currently serving on a trial: Please continue to follow the directions provided by Judge or court staff in your courtroom.
Your contribution to the New Zealand justice system and your community is valued and appreciated.
N.B: Food and cold drinks (not contained in glass or metallic bottles) are permitted to be taken into the Courthouse but not to be consumed in the foyer of Courtrooms. Hot drinks are not permitted.
