This is a message from the Jury Officer of the Rotorua Court.
All Jurors who are summoned to attend on Monday 11 August 2025, please note that there are NO Jury Trials this week and your attendance from Jury Service is therefore excused for the rest of this week.
On behalf of the Ministry of Justice, I take this opportunity to thank you for your commitment to jury service.
N.B: All jurors will be required to undergo security screening upon entry to the Courthouse. To assist with a smooth entry process, jurors are asked not to bring any items that could be considered a weapon. This includes, but is not limited to, glass bottles, glass perfume bottles, cutlery, pocketknives and similar items. Food and cold drinks (not contained in glass or metal bottles) may be brought into the Courthouse but must not be consumed in the foyer of the Courtrooms. Hot drinks are not permitted.
