Jurors summoned for the week commencing Monday 14th September 2026 

All Jurors summoned for the week commencing Monday 14th September 2026, you are 

required to attend the High Court at Wellington. 

The High Court at Wellington is located at 2 Molesworth Street, Wellington Central. 

Check in is on Monday 14th September 2026 at 08:45am. Please go to the Jury Assembly 

Area located on the ground floor. 

If your application to be deferred or excused has been declined and you wish to appeal, you 

will need to make a verbal application to the judge if you are balloted for trial. Please bring 

any supporting documentation. 

Please note that there will be some waiting time, so it is recommended that you bring 

something to read or do.  

Please note the Ministry of Justice will not reimburse for UBER, OLA, Lime Scooter or 

any other share riding apps. 

Please note the Ministry of Justice will not reimburse for TAXI rides if these have not 

been approved.

Parking your vehicle near the Wellington High Court – There is on street parking around 

The Wellington High Court, the nearest parking building is the Sky Stadium parking facility. 

There is also Wilson Parking facilities in Central Wellington within a 10-minute walk of the 

Courthouse. When you are required to attend, it is strongly recommended that you park in 

an all-day car park. We cannot release you to move your vehicle during the  

empanelment process. 

Please keep all parking receipts as we need this to reimburse your parking fees. 

If you are currently serving on a Trial, please follow all instructions from your court staff and 

attend each day.
