Wellington District Court
All scheduled trials for the Wellington District Court for the 2025 calendar year have concluded and we have no further trials until the week commencing the 19th of January 2026.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our valuable members of the community who have participated in the Jury Trial process throughout 2025, whether by answering your ‘Jury summons’ or by serving on a Jury in one of our active trials.
Your contribution to New Zealand’s Justice system and your community is valued and appreciated.
Our Office and Court will be closed from 3:00pm on Wednesday, 24 December 2025 and will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026 at 9:00am. If you receive a summons for 2026, please scan and email your response forms to juroradmin@justice.govt.nz or, you may post your forms using the enclosed envelope in your summons.
