Provider rates & special rates

Provider rates shifted to GST exclusive figures on 13 September 2010. The hourly and fixed rates have not changed except for some rounding off. The hourly rates are set according to the forum category for the proceedings, the level of provider experience and the fees set for a specific service.

Providers should retain sufficient documentary evidence and records to be able to support each claim in the event of an examination and/or audit under the Legal Services Act 2011(external link)
